Meet Hailey Hicks
Hi, I'm Hailey — a mom, a maker, and the founder of Hicks Family Creations. I started HFC with one goal in mind: to be more present during my children's most important growing years, while building something I could truly call my own.
What began as a fun date night idea quickly turned into something much bigger. In February 2024 — after the birth of my youngest — I made it official and opened Hicks Family Creations. Just eight months later, we opened the doors to our first shop in Leonardtown, MD.
At HFC, we pride ourselves on sourcing local, supporting our community, and spreading the love of charcuterie to everyone. Our vision is simple: a product that is cost-effective, delicious, and genuinely artisanal — because beautiful food shouldn't be out of reach.

These three girls are the reason Hicks Family Creations exists. Hailey made the decision to build something of her own so she could be present for every milestone, every laugh, and every ordinary Tuesday that turns into a memory.

"I was not feeling very good and I thought; why not order from Hailey at Hicks Family Creations! I did. I ordered many different sandwiches and a medium grazing Platter. Everything looked wonderful, tasted wonderful and it was just the most delicious luncheon that I have had. She was extremely accommodating and the nicest person that you could ever meet! They are opening a storefront in Leonardtown. Try them out; you will be happy that you did!"

"I have a weird food allergy and it is amazing that Hicks Family creation will go above and beyond to make sure what I am getting is safe. There was a mix up with board and they were AMAZING and worked to make sure I got the right one. It is so comforting to know that they care so much about their customers! Additionally, we were leaving earlier for out of town than when orders would be ready and she allowed me to pick up a day before. This is an amazing family business and I am so glad I found them!"
